At-Large delegates will be elected by mail ballot.

Pre-convention Discussion Bulletin: Submissions for the pre-convention DB are due no later than August 15, 2009. The DB should include resolutions, candidate statements, etc. Resolutions submitted to the DB are given priority at the convention.
